Howdy Tex,

Music is one of those personal things and very mood dependent. For me i like stuff like Lords of Acid or anything with a good beat to flog to or any impact play. Some” Ellie Goulding, Lana Del Rey, The Weeknd or smooth R&B for more intimate times. When I scene I make a playlist for the scene. I use it as timing for my plan. I tend to like a lot of highs and lows in my music scene. Sometimes we like a 70’s or 80’s random mix iiiif we are just playiong around. Just my two cents.

A few of my favorites from our list:

If you want a laugh, try Pony by Ginuwine, and my favorite, H.W.C. (Hot white cum) by Liz Phair.

For a darker mood, Criminal by Fiona Apple (“I’ve been a bad, bad girl”).

For sexy time, Let’s Get It On (umm… Marvin Gaye of course) and Everybody Here Wants You by Jeff Buckley.

For straight up kink, Venus in Furs by Velvet Underground (“Shiny, shiny, shiny boots of leather”)… 🙂

Some good suggestions here. I will suggest a few from our playlist as well.
For rock/metal Nickleback and My Darkest Days are tough to beat.
Mazzy Star is a nice sensual super mellow option.
I agree with Tex on the Lords of Acid nod.
Depeche Mode is hard to beat for your 80’s new wave
And if you are willing to search it out Mastermindfukk is an independant guy who recorded songs that are directly about BDSM and are available on itunes. The recording quality is maybe a step below the top but blended into an ipod mix, they are a lot of fun. I recommend checking them out. If you do, please post up and let others knoe what you think of him.

I’ve been on Spotify for a while and there are playlists for scenes from other users. I just saved the songs I liked and made my own play list. But, for romance or fun play, I prefer some 60’s and 70’s soul. For rather harsh scenes, I really like Depeche Mode and anything with a hard, driving beat. I have been listening to Muse recently, and they are fun to play to also. For the most part, a lot of my playlists are more romantic than harsh.

You may ask your submissive to check on SUBMRS, there is quite a bit of talk there I understand about scene music. My duchess has downloaded some great music that was suggested. I don’t think I would have found some of the music otherwise.

I’ll add some here. First, thanks to Mr. for recommending H.W.C. That cracked me up. Some good ones from our playlist are Take Me to Church by Hozier and Sex (I’m a) by Lovage to get her in the mindset. If you like spanking to a beat, My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark by Fall Out Boy and Hot in Herre by Nelly are fun especially knowing they might play on the radio while she’s at work. My new favorite while tying her up is Just The Tip by DeeKompressors. It’s obscure but fun.
