WOW Challenge 3/20/21
This weeks WOW Challenge is getting back to play time. Remember you must choose 1 of the 2 choices offered and your choice is what YOU would choose, not what your sub prefers. Also for the purpose of these challenges the choice you make should be based on the premise that your decision would be forever.
The challenge: Do you choose to use cuffs (ankle and wrist) OR rope for your bondage play? And why? If you choose cuffs, rope is not available as an attachment to furniture/hard points. Likewise if you choose rope, cuffs are not available.

This is easy, I would choose rope. Now it is not as easy and I am working to get better at my shabari knots but this has a excitement factor to it. One it takes time to know up the restraints, this allow time with your sub/mrs to set the mood and the tone for the scene. We have 4 spools of red shabari rope and a black iron head board and foot board the contrasting colors look hot when I tie pinks wrists or ankles to them. But mostly the rope is just used to set her mood that I am in control and she is my sub. I would love to get so good at my ties that I could safely hang pink from an apparatus using only the rope and then enjoy her. Like I said I am new to rope play and I hope over time to get real good and make it a real fun experience for both of u. That being said just knowing a few basic knots has allowed us to have some really cool scene.

Will have to go with cuffs, while I do enjoy ropes, cuffs gives me less down time between switching from hard points for new positions.

For myself it would be cuffs…
I am not that versed in rope but I like the speed and convenience of the cuffs. I can restrain LK to where she as a serious wiggler or when the fight or flight kicks in, she can not escape. So she is bound tightly in an expeditious manner with not too much worry about cutting off circulation or nerve injury.
And then she is mine…

This would have to be rope for sure, minx really likes her cuffs, but the flexibility of rope for attaching to hard points and as a cuffing option would definitely be the important option. Plus, chest harnesses are just so sexy.

It would definitely be cuffs. Simply because of the convenience. I have gorgeous quality shibari ropes and I enjoy tying Mrs Braun up greatly, but I am not versed enough in the flow of shibari and it takes more focus for safety and comfort.
Cuffs I can put on, and I do, as part of our ceremony or mantra at the beginning of a scene. They easily clip to each other, a spreader bar, a chair, or pretty much most things.
Also have 4 children… They’re much easier to undo if a spawn interrupts. Haha! “Why is mommy tied up and hanging from the ceiling?”
