Hello gentlemen,
I’m not only new to the community but to the lifestyle as well. I been slammed at work so have not had as much time as I’d like to devote to my Dom training. A little back story.
I’ve been married to the Mrs for a few years and together a few more than that. She had been a very outspoken and strong woman the whole time I’ve known her. I knew she liked me to take control in the bedroom, but that felt like where the line was drawn … until a few weeks back.
She told me she would like us to explore this lifestyle and the thought was very comforting. She said that life has felt out of control and she felt that this would help calm her and that the thought of it alone made her swell with love, and well, in other places as well. I want nothing more to take care of my family and please my wife in any way I can and was intrigued at the thought of this as a lifestyle. So there my journey began.
I’ve been reading up and trying to slowly work into it at home. We don’t have a contract, but do have some rules that are being worked on. I think it’s a bit harder than I’d like though, as money has been tight as of late and our baby also adds to the chaos. So I’m trying to reign all of that in at the same time as starting this journey. With that said, I’m very excited, but feel a bit overwhelmed at the same time, so I’m hoping to learn from some of you and take my life to the next level, in all areas, which is something I do believe this path will lead to after reading some stories. If you feel differently and that I’m in over my head, please respectfully let me know and hand out any advice you think could be of help.
In the future I will master my household in all aspects and look forward to the day I can help others starting this lifestyle as well.
Anyway, sorry for the long intro.
I look forward to getting to know some of you and taking in all this site and lifestyle have to offer.

First off let me welcome you to the site and the community. I think here you will find a fraternity of Doms that are very supportive. The experiences range from day one to over a decade. Yet we all have something to give and something to learn. Every dynamic is different and unique and has it’s own trials. Half the battle is identifying and accepting these trials as a couple. Stay true to your morals and your subMrs and you will never be in over your head. Anything I or any of us can do to help we will without hesitation.

I can completely understand the feeling of being overwhelmed. I believe one of the hardest things to procure in our journey is balance. Whether your new to this or a seasoned dom. Balance is still one of the hardest aspects to create and maintain. Start small, go slow, take your time and build open and honest communication in to your dynamic. The first block of the foundation is more important then the rest of the palace. I look forward to chatting with you in the future, Welcome.
