Hello everyone, I’m new to the D/a world, even though my sub is more knowledgeable and experienced. I’m looking for any advice on how to conduct this dynamic long distance. Due to our current situation we are currently apart and will be for about 1 1/2 years. Any help would be great.

Firstly, Welcome to Husdom!
Secondly, any relationship long distance is difficult. I used to work 3000 miles from home, so I have an idea of what you’re dealing with.
Feel free to jump online and join the chat. There’s a lot of different doms that are deployed, or also dealing with long distance situations, and may also have different insights to give you a hand.
It all boils down to the same pillars for your relationship to have a good foundation:
Communication, honesty, consistency, trust.Work on those. Talk to her more than you ever have, and try not to say a word. LISTEN! Find out everything about her and begin to build that trust, consistantly look after her needs, honestly listen to her and assess your own needs, and spend your time invested in her.
