Introduction
My journey to this point has been long and confusing. I am a 37 year old male who has been married for nine years. My wife is a strong personality, but she is a submissive and needs a strong man. I am also a strong personality who is a natural born leader(other people’s words). However, through various types of abuse growing up and not having a “real” male role model I learned to be a man by watching the women in my life. This does not work well for becoming the dominate male. Instead I was learning how to be a submissive woman. For years I have had a fear of letting out my alpha. Now I’m on a new journey to become the alpha I know resides in me in order to lead my family, show my boys how a man is to be, and to give my wife the freedom she deserves. I am ready to experience my life as a dominant man, the way nature intended. For me this lifestyle isn’t about the sex but about being in complete control of myself. After that happens the rest of the chips will fall into place. I am ready to do the work necessary and to face my fears and the challenges ahead. I look forward to gaining wisdom from the other doms in the community.

Welcome Mr. Johnson. It seems by your introduction that we have some things in common. I too am married to a women with a strong personality and also like you I was afraid of letting out my alpha. Through much reading and investigation I am learning to let it go, not only for myself but for my good pet. Husdom has helped me tremendously over the last few days of being on the site whether it be with reading the blogs and forums or joining in on the chat. I look forward to chatting with you and if your wife has not already done so I would encourage you to have her join subMrs. It has helped both my good pet and I in many different areas.
