Greetings and Salutations
I’ve always wanted to start a post with that. :;) Anyways – hello, everyone. I’ve just joined and am figuring my way around here.
My wife and I has started a D/s relationship about 18 months ago, but it had not gone well. Neither one of us was having fun (well, except for the sex – which was much better than before) because we weren’t communicating. She got locked into “this is something I must do to make him happy” and then started to feel trapped and lumped a lot of things that were normal before under the “oppressive D/s relationship.” Well, things became a crisis for about six months ago and we are now starting to rebuild both trust and communication.

Welcome. I wish you had found us sooner. But you are here now! Read the forum posts, read Mr Fox’s blogs and ask questions. This place is an amazing resource. The concept of downtime will help your communication with your sub. It is a self regulating feedback loop for the two of you. Issues get nipped in the bud.
