Greetings
Hi everyone,
High time I ventured out of the shadows and introduced myself.
I am 34yrs old from the UK and my Kitten (Dutchess over on LK’s site) is a few months younger. We have been together for coming up to 8 years and although we don’t currently live together – due to numerous external factors which I won’t go in to here – our relationship is honestly, just great.
Kitten came to me some time ago after finding a website called “taken in hand” and put herself out there by telling me it was a dynamic she wanted in our relationship. Sounded great to me, but I was fearful that in order to satisfy her I would have to fundamentally change who I was when I was around her. Needless to say the idea fizzled out, never to be spoke of again until recently when Kitten came across this site.
I’ll admit to having the same feelings as I did previously, but she was SO into it that I agreed to check it out. Honestly, I don’t know why I was so worried. We are by no means experienced in this so both starting out together but super excited about where it might lead us.
We’ve always had a soft D/s relationship without realising it. Things I would do or automatically take control of when we’re together, but now wanting to ramp it up several notches! Despite not being able to live together just now – a situation that should be remedied within the next couple months – our relationship has been amazingly strong. However, the one area we’ve struggled in is the bedroom. For some reason we’ve never really found our “swing” and become comfortable with each other. As we start to experiment with less vanilla activities we’re starting to see why! Neither of us was getting what we NEEDED.
I can honestly say it is such a relief to find this site and to witness the genuine sincerity of everyone here. I have no idea where our journey will take us but I feel great knowing we’re all in this together.
