Just joining the conversation on how to take the first step into the M/s relationship and not just wishing that it will happen. Married for 25 years and being enjoying the little bit of M/s when we can. Now with the last kid getting out of the house, been trying to amp it up, but knowing that I can’t push her into something to fast. First initial look at the community has impressed me so far and hope to keep learning as time goes by.

Michael, welcome to HusDOM. Many of us have over 25 years “invested” with our spouses. I and many others are proof “old dogs can learn new tricks”. Anyway, stop by the chat window if you’ve got any questions. Congrats on the last kid leaving. Be warned, they come back in pairs. 🙂

This statement is powerful! I believe that many people in life, not just D/s, believe that if they want something, it will happen. Not very likely. When there is a door or opportunity your must go and open that door in order to experience what is on the other side.
