Hello, I am glad to have found this site to give me guidelines on being a successful Dom. I have my wife who is Sub and we are learning the boundaries as we push them. I have started to train her with a collar. I also have a non sexual sub (wife knows) and we are slowly training her. Very early stages. I am relatively new to being Dom but I am enjoying all the new experiences. My other sub may become sexual at some point but that is not the plan for now. (I know that both my subs are attracted to each other and when they are together they flirt). I hope to learn lots here.

    Curious King,

Almost everyone struggles learning the in and outs of being a good Dominant with only having a single submissive. I wish you the best of luck beginning your journey with two.

Being a great Domiannt or great leader really does begin with focusing more on oneself than ones submissive.

    Best wishes

      Hello Mr Fox

YOu are so right there, I have to learn a lot of patience and that my Sub is not a mind reader. So the non sexual Sub is taking a back seat for the time being until MrsQueen and I understand this process so much better.
I do have a question. She is very strong willed but wants to be my sub but when I suggest something that is pushing her limits she resists. Now we are training on one thing at a time and I generally use a punishment if she resists but is that the correct way? Is this how it is done?

        Curious King,

There is a difference between pushing a limit and pushing a boundary. You should not ever be pushing a limit. Limits are to be respected, always. There are hard and soft limits as well.

My advice on this topic to a husDOM that is just beginning their journey, discuss limits, hard and soft, in great detail. Be absolutely sure that you understand what these limits are. You dont need to understand why they are limits, in fact I wouldnt even ask why. The important thing is to respect them 100%.

Very soon as you continue along your journey you will soon discover that what once was a limit is no longer a limit.

        Best wishes,

        Mr Fox
