Introduction
Hello Everyone,
I’ve been reading some of the husDOM articles for a while now. I’m able to now devote some more personal time to myself and my family now that I’m done with some life stages and achievements. Mainly a Master’s Degree, raise toddlers, and adjustments. I find the marriage aspect of this site the most important factor as many of the other “experts” definitely do not consider this aspect and how to change a relationship dynamic. I think many of the “experts” treat their relationships in a finite and introductory manner, this is bothersome as mine is not. I also think many of the articles treat their submissives in a usury manner that isn’t conducive to marriage. Not to mention most of what is pushed on the internet, books, and other publications seem to be more inspired by pornography and 50 shades, rather than a traditional D/s approach. This is why I keep returning to husDOM. It recognizes the cultural trend and the needs of marriage.

Glad you found us. Belated Welcome to HusDOM. I agree with all you have said. I married 27 years ago. That was my first “contract” and always will be.

Welcome aboard,
I would agree with your analysis regarding most of the information found online and how it relates to marriages. I will take it a step further and say that the other material doesnt understand how to incorporate the lifestyle into any real relationship. They are looking at the lifestyle as kink and not a relationship basis.
