      I picked up 1″ schedule 40 PVC pipe and connectors and (store name removed due to TOS). Note, I used more Tees and crosses than elbows. And it’s best to get the cutter shown in the pic. It doesn’t make a mess like a saw. Foam pool noodles will be slipped over suspension points for comfort, added bounus the come in many colors.

      I did not glue any if the joints yet. I plan on breaking this down for storage and want to get a feel for what joints need to be free for easy break down. It may prove to not need to be glued. The joints are pretty soild. This may cahnge of time. Over all a fairly inexpensive build, done in an afternoon. If you like positioning your sub and securing her for your pleasure, this rack is quite fun.
