    It has been six months or more since my last entry in the Dominant Fitness Accountability Journal. That is not to say that I have not been fairly disciplined in my efforts. I just haven’t kept up well here.

    My fitness journey has been part of my life for many years and will continue to be.

    I am going to begin a new fitness journal beginning today.

    Alright, I have been talking about it now for what seems like months but I am back working out. I have started a new program that I have done several times in the past, BodyBeast. Today was Day 1 Week 1…. I have also added the 6 pack shuffle, Jeff Cavelier from AthleanX to the end of the workouts.

    Chest Day – Awesome strong workout!

    6 Pack shuffle – Targeting Core Intermediate Level
